This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and configure client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio journey.
• Connect Tidio with external platforms (such as CRMs and e-commerce systems) utilizing APIs and JSON data formats.
• Tailor and implement solutions to meet the unique business requirements of each client.
• Engage in discussions and design customized solutions with clients and potential clients during video conferences, offering expert advice and technical insights.
• Provide continuous support for deployed solutions, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams as necessary.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with client objectives.
• Recognize and promote process enhancements to streamline and scale the implementation workflow.
• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably within a SaaS context.
• Have a solid understanding of APIs and JSON structures, with the ability to analyze and test requests.
• Be fluent in English (C1 level) and capable of articulating technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Have experience in direct client interaction through written communication and video conferencing.
• Hold a strong knowledge of CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Be able to assess technical requirements and devise solutions that address actual client needs.
• Have experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to bridge integration or feature gaps.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, bringing innovative ideas, and consistently achieving results.
• Basic coding experience, such as JavaScript or Python, is a plus.
