This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Establish and configure client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio journey.
• Integrate Tidio with various external systems (such as CRMs and e-commerce platforms) utilizing APIs and JSON data formats.
• Customize and implement solutions tailored to the unique business requirements of each client.
• Engage in discussions and design bespoke solutions with clients and potential clients during video calls, offering expert advice and technical insights.
• Provide continuous support for the solutions implemented, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams as necessary.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate across departments including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment of solutions with client objectives.
• Identify and spearhead process enhancements, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of the implementation workflow.
• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably within a SaaS context.
• Have a solid understanding of APIs and JSON structures and be able to analyze and test requests.
• Be fluent in English (C1 level) and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Hold experience in direct communication with clients via written formats and video conferencing.
• Have a strong understanding of customer experience platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Capable of assessing technical needs and designing solutions that genuinely meet client requirements.
• Have a history of collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address integration or feature deficiencies.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, creativity, and a consistent track record of delivering results.
• Possess basic coding skills, such as JavaScript or Python (preferred but not mandatory).
