Technical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct data imports, transformations, and migrations utilizing Excel and SQL

• Oversee escalated client support tickets associated with data challenges until resolution

• Develop and tailor client-facing reports using HTML templates and internal resources

• Collaborate with Client Success to convert client needs into technical solutions

• Adhere to and enhance implementation workflows and operational procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, technical support, implementations, or similar roles

• Strong expertise in Excel and SQL

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with JavaScript or Python is preferred

• Experience with CRM systems

• Understanding of APIs (REST) and system integrations is an advantage
