• Take charge of the technical setup for district partners, overseeing the entire process from initial rostering configuration to data validation and successful launch, ensuring that teachers and school leaders can effortlessly access Brisk.
• Collaborate with district IT teams to set up and troubleshoot SIS integrations through third-party rostering providers, guaranteeing that student and staff data is accurately transmitted to the platform.
• Examine, clean, and validate rostering data from districts to ensure compliance with the formatting and structural requirements necessary for a seamless end-user experience.
• Act as the main technical liaison for district IT stakeholders throughout the implementation phase — investigating and resolving data issues, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through each step of the process.
• Effectively manage a significant number of concurrent implementations within tight deadlines, especially during the spring and summer months as districts gear up for the new school year.
• Keep thorough documentation and proactively update project statuses for internal team members across various implementation projects, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.
• Implement rigorous QA processes to confirm that rostering data and platform configurations are accurate before the rollout begins for teachers.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and the customer support team, sharing progress, coordinating transitions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from sale to launch.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with K-12 SIS integrations (API, SFTP, plug-ins, or similar).
• Proven track record in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage a high volume of projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and patiently guide district IT teams through technical processes.
• High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence when interacting with busy district IT administrators and school leaders.
• Experience in the edtech sector or involvement with products aimed at educators and students.
• Quick learner of new technologies and products.
• Self-motivated — you identify gaps and address them proactively without needing to be prompted.
