This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Collaborate closely with JetBrains Account Executives.
• Assist customers in adopting JetBrains products and services to achieve their desired business goals. This may involve whiteboarding sessions and aiding in the development of architecture or providing support to overcome technical and cultural challenges to adoption.
• Oversee the technical relationships for a portfolio of accounts, partnering with other members of the account team to define and execute account strategies.
• Serve as the customers’ advocate within JetBrains, representing their interests to the Support and Product Engineering teams, along with other departments.
• Suggest product enhancements based on your interactions with customers and their feedback.
• Assist product teams in presenting and assessing new product ideas to the customers within your portfolio.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, remaining informed about the continuously evolving technology landscape both within JetBrains and the broader industry.
• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate account growth by creating short-term and long-term account strategies that align with customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, technical customer success, or other customer-facing technical positions.
• Extensive background in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, ML, or any related IT domain – a wider range of experience is preferable.
• Practical knowledge of AI/LLMs within the software development sector.
• A strong desire to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language of your office.
• Outstanding presentation abilities for showcasing JetBrains products to customers.
• Capability to swiftly identify and resolve technical and business challenges associated with software development tools.
• Skill in conveying technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with or within large software development teams.
• A team-oriented mentality, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative.
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness.
• Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in English, along with knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish languages.
