This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
β’ Offer technical expertise and pre-sales engineering support to prospective clients.
β’ Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and provide technical training for current users.
β’ Create essential sales, demo, and promotional materials for YouTrack, adapting existing demo configurations for particular use cases.
β’ Oversee current large accounts and proactively engage in their retention and development.
β’ Serve as a bridge between customers and the product development team.
β’ Identify potential partners and collaborate with existing ones to enhance their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
β’ Possess a minimum of three years of customer-facing experience in project management, software development, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrate fluency in both spoken and written English, as it is the primary language of communication with customers, partners, and the team.
β’ Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Be comfortable delivering in-person and remote presentations, leading Q&A sessions, and performing product demonstrations.
β’ Have a technical background, with experience in developer tools and hands-on involvement in software development, QA, system administration, release automation, or a similar area.
β’ Ability to work effectively and independently within a distributed team environment.
β’ Show a proven ability to build and cultivate relationships in the B2B sector.
β’ Proficiency in German would be an advantage, though it is not a requirement.
