This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Oversee comprehensive software implementations. You will strategize, manage, and carry out implementations, migrations, integrations, and system upgrades for Emphasys software platforms within the single-family lending sector.
β’ Serve as the liaison between clients and technical teams. You will be the main point of contact for implementation stakeholders, guiding clients through various implementation stages, including data migration, integrations, APIs, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
β’ Propel technical implementation solutions. This role transcends traditional project management, going beyond mere coordination and timelines.
β’ Facilitate communication, training, and stakeholder alignment. You will lead implementation meetings, deliver proactive status updates, manage expectations, and simplify technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Enhance implementation standards and operational readiness. You will aid in the creation of implementation documentation, setup guides, training materials, and process improvements that ensure scalability, knowledge transfer, operational consistency, and long-term client success.
β’ Proven implementation experience. You have a background in leading or supporting enterprise software implementations, migrations, integrations, or system upgrades in a client-facing setting.
β’ Strong technical skills. You are adept at navigating technical implementation discussions concerning APIs, SSO, integrations, data migration, workflows, authentication, and system configuration.
β’ Project planning and analytical aptitude. You possess experience in managing implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are a proactive communicator who fosters trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Adaptability and ownership. You excel in a dynamic, client-facing environment where priorities may change, and each implementation is unique.
β’ Purpose-driven impact. Your contributions will directly assist Housing Finance Agency (HFA) clients by leading successful software implementations that support essential housing finance and loan servicing operations across the United States.
