This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Set up and configure client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio experience.
• Implement and tailor solutions based on the unique business requirements of each client.
• Engage in discussions and design custom solutions with clients and potential clients during video calls, offering expert advice and technical insights.
• Provide ongoing support for the implemented solutions, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.
• Integrate Tidio with external systems (such as CRMs and e-commerce platforms) using APIs and JSON data structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams when necessary.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Identify and promote process improvements to help streamline and scale the implementation workflow.
• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably within a SaaS context.
• Be fluent in English (C1 level) and able to clearly articulate technical details to non-technical users.
• Have experience interacting directly with clients through written communication and video calls.
• Understand APIs and JSON structures and be capable of analyzing or testing requests.
• Have a strong understanding of CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Be able to assess technical requirements and design solutions that effectively address real client needs.
• Have experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address integration or feature gaps.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, bringing innovative ideas and consistently delivering results.
• Possess basic coding experience, such as JavaScript or Python (preferred but not mandatory).
