Technical Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with both internal and external stakeholders, converting business needs into technical configurations and implementation strategies.

• Act as a technical consultant during client onboarding, advising clients on integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

• Utilize expertise in Snowflake and SQL to address complex technical issues and collaborate with leadership to navigate implementation challenges.

• Examine, identify, and rectify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and risks through thorough validation, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, enhance workflows, and promote continuous improvements in implementation processes and team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of direct experience with or integration of Epic and/or Cerner EHRs.

• More than 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, ideally in areas such as insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims.

• In-depth healthcare knowledge, including a solid understanding of 835/837 transactions and related claims, denials, charges, and payment data.

• Strong technical skills, including advanced SQL capabilities and practical experience with ELT processes, SSIS packages, and file configuration/transformation.

• Preferred familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
