Senior Infoblox Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Infoblox environments within extensive corporate infrastructures;

• Architect, implement, and sustain enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) frameworks;

• Participate in platform modernization initiatives, infrastructure migrations, and upgrades;

• Execute integrations with cloud platforms and corporate solutions;

• Create automations utilizing PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs;

• Supervise the health and performance of DDI infrastructure to ensure optimal availability;

• Investigate and resolve intricate incidents related to network services;

• Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, architecture, and technology advancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related disciplines;

• At least 5 years of experience managing and engineering Infoblox environments within large organizations;

• Proficient with Infoblox NIOS;

• Familiarity with Grid Architecture;

• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI);

• Experience with enterprise DNS architecture;

• Understanding of TCP/IP and subnetting;

• Expertise in DNSSEC and RPZ;

• Experience in modernizing DDI environments;

• Background in platform migrations and infrastructure upgrades;

• Knowledge of cloud integrations;

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring (SNMP, alerts, and performance);

• Proficient in PowerShell;

• Proficient in Python;

• Experience with REST APIs;

• Familiarity with Splunk, Datadog, or other enterprise monitoring tools;

• Strong analytical skills;
