Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be working with a backend technology stack that includes Python, Django, and AWS, alongside a frontend developed using Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, and launching new features utilizing cutting-edge agentic engineering tools.

• You will adopt a product-oriented mindset and collaborate closely with our product managers to gain insights into our customers’ needs.

• You will work alongside sustainability specialists in your squad to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Engaging with fellow engineers through collaborative brainstorming, knowledge sharing, and mutual code reviews will be part of your role.

• You will develop and maintain our API with a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.

• You have accumulated over 5 years of professional experience (or equivalent) in backend web development, preferably with Python, and in cloud computing.

• You have some experience in frontend development with a major framework, such as Vue.js.

• You are knowledgeable about web technologies and standards, including REST APIs, relational databases, and object-oriented programming.

• You take full ownership of your solutions from start to finish, encompassing debugging, deployment, and maintenance.

• You communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are adept at gathering constructive feedback.

• It is a plus if you possess initial experience or foundational knowledge in building and deploying AI systems, such as developing and evaluating agents or setting up the necessary infrastructure.

• You are conversational in German (B1 or higher).
