Lead Software Engineer – Full-stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal technical architect across various client projects

• Oversee architecture design for frontend, backend, and cloud components

• Engage directly in implementation by writing production-quality code

• Collaborate with diverse teams including Hardware, Data Science, and Design

• Work alongside our commercial team in the capacity of a solutions engineer

• Proactively identify and address architectural or delivery risks through effective technical leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software development

• More than 4 years of experience in developing Java-based backend applications

• At least 3 years in a technical leadership position managing cross-functional engineering teams

• Demonstrated success in delivering full-stack systems from initial concept to production

• Proven ability to manage public-facing production systems at scale

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and proficiency in executive presentations

• Experience in professional services or consulting is highly preferred
