Technical Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for clients, tasked with deploying and configuring Commence’s core software.

• Manage the implementation process from the initiation of the project through to post-deployment assistance.

• Facilitate training sessions and develop user documentation to enable clients to utilize the software proficiently.

• Offer best practices to ensure clients receive maximum value from the product.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor and report on project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 2 years of experience in software implementation, software support, or a comparable role that involves client interactions and technical knowledge.

• Proven expertise in SQL and database technologies (MSSQLServer, Postgres).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and data interchange formats (JSON, XML).

• Experience with .NET/C# and the capability to read and interpret application code to assist with client troubleshooting and configuration.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Basic skills in Reporting and Dashboarding.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, Amplify, RDS, SNS, OpenSearch).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and timelines, showcasing strong organizational skills.

• Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse client groups.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting requirements and client needs.
