This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to establish and enhance customer onboarding processes.
• Guide customers through initial journey milestones and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Continuously refine strategies and automations that optimize workflows and tools.
• Contribute valuable insights to the team knowledge base.
• Implement daily strategies for new customer onboarding with swift execution and minimal friction.
• Ensure seamless transitions between the Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams.
• Deliver personalized onboarding using efficient, automated workflows.
• Employ clear communication and collaboration techniques to facilitate smooth transitions and scalability.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the onboarding and migration phases before handing off to Customer Success Management.
• Balance individualized support with scalable, customer-first processes.
• Meet target metrics for provisioning, onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, process optimization, scalability, team performance, and strategic alignment.
• Complete onboarding tasks within the first two weeks.
• Engage with Customer Engineering, Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Support teams.
• Work with customers to create tailored onboarding pathways.
• Execute and enhance daily processes with the autonomy to plan onboarding activities.
• A minimum of 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-graduate experience in a role involving external customers, internal sales, support, and success teams related to customer onboarding or implementation engineering.
• Proven experience in direct client/customer onboarding.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to adapt, evolve, and continuously learn about emerging technologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of application.
