This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the final go-live phase.
• Collect customer requirements and assist in configuring solutions.
• Organize implementation tasks, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support data migration validation, system setup, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that project milestones and implementation standards are consistently achieved.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for administrators and end users.
• Create and update training materials, guides, and documentation for customers.
• Evaluate customer readiness for deployment and adoption of the solution.
• Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest enhancements to onboarding initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the implementation journey.
• Maintain proactive communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Address customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Advise clients on best practices and strategies for workflow optimization.
• Develop and uphold implementation processes, templates, and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Professional Services team.
• Communicate feedback to Product and Development teams based on client needs and implementation experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Development teams.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.
• Support colleagues with planning implementations and customer onboarding endeavors.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, customer success, professional services, software training, or similar customer-facing positions.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or customer engagements at the same time.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to build robust customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable in learning and explaining technical concepts to audiences without a technical background.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States as necessary.
• Possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally when required.
• A criminal background check is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRIS, association management, or business software solutions implementation.
• Preferred: Background in project management or familiarity with implementation methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience in delivering software training or customer enablement programs.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting software integrations or data migration tasks.
• Preferred: Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
