Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of new client implementations and manage approximately 20 clients simultaneously through a 6–8 week onboarding process.

• Create project plans and comprehend client objectives.

• Assist clients with product configuration and implementation.

• Execute implementation and setup tasks within the product.

• Collaborate with the Data Specialist on data translations and migrations.

• Provide training to various users and stakeholders on the Cove platform.

• Support client communication and launch initiatives.

• Foster client relationships to ensure a successful kickoff.

• Contribute to the Customer Success strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS customer success or implementation.

• Familiarity with complex SaaS products utilized by various personas.

• Strong project management skills and a proven track record in managing intricate projects.

• Experience in training stakeholders on a SaaS product.

• Capability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong solution orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, and Google Slides/PPT.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel are preferred.

• Experience working with enterprise clients and diverse personas.

• Familiarity with integration projects.

• Proven experience in directly supporting clients and leading complex client initiatives.
