Technical Implementation Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for integration-related system settings within Knowtion Health platforms, which include: Status, Action/Result, and Closure Codes.

• Set up facility and client mapping configurations.

• Manage Snowflake ELT pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes.

• Oversee inbound and outbound file configurations, validation rules, and data transformations.

• Assist in migration initiatives from legacy technologies to contemporary cloud-based solutions.

• Process incoming and outgoing files according to established schedules.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with both business and technical stakeholders, internally and with clients.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to systems, data, and integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare IT, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and proven technical proficiency.

• Over 2 years of direct experience with or integration into Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHRs.

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, ideally in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims.

• Strong knowledge of 835/837 transactions and related claims, denials, charges, and payment data.

• Technical expertise including SQL and practical experience with ELT processes and file configuration/transformation.

• Preferred experience with HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
