This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee regional training and educational initiatives for customers and employees in relation to Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) procedures and product rollouts.
• Collaborate with key leadership, field teams, and cross-functional personnel to identify opportunities for enhancing district and regional performance, as well as addressing any obstacles.
• Relay insights to product development, quality assurance, education, and marketing teams concerning product efficacy to refine future offerings.
• Act as the primary technical resource for customers and field representatives in the realm of CRM.
• Offer expertise and guidance in areas such as Physician and Fellows education, AHP education, clinical evidence interpretation, and education for Medtronic employees.
• Provide implant or clinic support based on the demands of the region.
• Bachelor’s Degree along with at least 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or within sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device sector.
• Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing.
• Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing.
• Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic settings, or cardiology.
• Background in educating and training medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with peers and colleagues at various organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and engage in multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.
• Strong commitment to achieving the goals associated with the position.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and other business applications (e.g., SalesForce.com).
• Capability to fulfill vendor credentialing criteria.
• IBHRE certification (mandatory for Sr and Principal levels).
