Field Process Engineer – High Volume Manufacturing, Field Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee tool validation, qualification, and customer acceptance processes

• Assess system performance against established specifications

• Enhance plasma processes to improve yield and throughput

• Assist in the production ramp-up to high volume manufacturing (HVM)

• Create process recipes as necessary based on existing frameworks

• Aid in the daily operations of the fabrication facility

• Track chamber and tool performance metrics

• Examine trends and implement corrective actions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline

• 3–8+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with plasma tools (deposition or etching)

• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC control circuits

• Knowledge of vacuum systems and RF technology
