Technical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for on-site commissioning of medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) within the Russian region; adept at independently addressing intricate technical challenges.

• Work in conjunction with the Russian sales team to engage in technical discussions, formulate proposals, and showcase products to facilitate project conversion.

• Oversee medium- and low-voltage VFD product lines, offering comprehensive technical support throughout the entire sales process (both pre-sales and post-sales).

• Deliver remote technical assistance for the South Africa and Egypt regions, guaranteeing exceptional service for international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess on-site commissioning experience with medium-voltage VFDs and have knowledge of at least one leading brand.

• Excellent presentation abilities; capable of serving as a technical liaison during interactions with sales teams and clients.

• Proficient in English as a working language (for communication with HQ in China and support for South Africa/Egypt).

• Strong sense of accountability; effective in remote communication and prompt responsiveness across different time zones.
