Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews via Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge-based questions, and problem-solving methods.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal aptitude.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
