This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and manage backend applications utilizing Java, GoLang, and Python.
• Create and implement FHIR-compliant APIs and services for the exchange of healthcare data.
• Construct and sustain integrations with FHIR servers and healthcare data platforms.
• Assist in the transition from legacy data formats to FHIR-based architectures.
• Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Develop frontend components with Angular, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Oversee database development using SQL, focusing on performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with AWS services to create scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Define and manage infrastructure through Terraform.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance within healthcare reporting workflows.
• Proficiency in fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit to production deployment.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
• Experience in building or integrating RESTful APIs that comply with FHIR specifications.
• Knowledge of FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.
• Experience with healthcare data formats like QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.
• Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM.
• Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or familiarity with measure logic execution.
• Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms.
• Experience in designing or utilizing FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation.
• Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems.
