Technical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to our cloud and on-premise clientele

• Join customer calls to evaluate installation and operational challenges

• Replicate technical issues in testing environments

• Collaborate closely with product and development teams — you represent our customers' voices

• Communicate customer insights to enhance our products

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German and English (both written and spoken)

• Background in supporting Linux and open-source software (OSS)

• Familiarity with web technologies and client-server architecture

• Strong eagerness to learn and the ability to swiftly adapt to new technical subjects

• **Nice to have:**

• Scripting abilities (Python, JavaScript, or Rust)

• Understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, and SQL

• Experience with Matrix
