This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold automation workflows and technical solutions that back priority automation initiatives within the program.

• Create automation workflows and scripts.

• Set up automation solutions that enhance operational processes.

• Write technical documentation for the automations that have been implemented.

• Automate the generation and distribution of reports.

• Develop reusable templates and automation scripts to support ongoing operational reporting.

• Document the automation logic and configuration of reporting workflows.

• Integrate pertinent program data sources, reporting systems, and operational artifacts to bolster automation solutions and decision-support workflows.

• Establish technical capabilities that facilitate the automation of release readiness checks, governance artifact processing, incident summaries, and draft RCA support.

• Generate reusable automation assets, templates, and technical components applicable across various teams and future program initiatives.

• Evaluate, enhance, and sustain automation solutions to ensure their reliability, usability, and alignment with the evolving needs of the program.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer in support of enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs.

• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and applications.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes.

• Experience in facilitating discussions with stakeholders and converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms.

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the capability to obtain a Public Trust.
