• The Technical Engagement Manager oversees the complete delivery process of software resolution implementation and essential deliverables for clients. This role involves collaborating with Irth clients to personalize and install software systems. You will gain insights into the client’s business and convert business needs into requirements, illustrate how the acquired software systems function, and address queries related to implementation.
• This position entails configuration, training, troubleshooting, and continuous support to ensure that the software solution aligns with the client's requirements and adheres to all relevant regulations.
• **Responsibilities**
• - Deliver projects in accordance with expected KPIs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• - Engage with clients post-sale of software packages to gather data and other necessary information for customizing software systems.
• - Guide clients through business-requirements sessions to assess and prioritize needs, while steering them towards optimal solutions.
• - Facilitate system configurations for clients using a Train the Trainer model to develop Irth software experts within the client’s team.
• - Analyze the client’s existing business processes and develop the desired future processes within our products. Identify gaps and suggest new features where needed.
• - Aid in documenting requirements through statements of work, process flow diagrams, and other relevant artifacts.
• - Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, lead, organize, and manage multiple project initiatives through regular meetings, status reports, and by fostering strong relationships.
• - Use the company’s systems to monitor and maintain precise project status and time entry.
• - Keep close communication with corresponding technical team members and leads.
• - Work alongside internal Irth teams to set estimated times of arrival (ETA) for planned development projects and manage affected stakeholders throughout execution, including any changes to ETA and their justifications.
• - Actively engage with development teams to ensure that defined user stories are accurately represented in their technical designs as projects are divided into development sprints.
• - Customize software systems according to clients’ specific needs and requirements, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned projects.
• - Leverage strong underwriting and product knowledge to support content accuracy and intent reviews.
• - Engage in comprehensive system and business process analysis, ensuring that enhancements and solutions positively contribute to and align with the overarching product strategy.
• - Assist with process flow and project documentation, including wireframes, flow charts, and system configuration documentation. Oversee user acceptance testing to secure approval of new features.
• - Perform additional tasks as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
• - Help manage overall customer relationships and satisfaction throughout all phases of the implementation.
• **Qualifications**
• - 5-7 years of relevant experience
• - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
• - Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• - Solid technical knowledge and understanding of software development practices and procedures.
• - A self-motivated individual with demonstrated commercial insight
• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• - Strong organizational capabilities
• - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• - Ability to inspire and maintain effective working relationships.
