• Serves as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing assistance to customers regarding their product inquiries and technical needs, including writing scripts, troubleshooting, training, and handling other technical requests.
• Collaborates with product and engineering teams to ensure our customers and partners maximize the benefits of our products.
• Translates the technical expertise of the team into articles and guides for customer access, enabling scalable customer support.
• Over 5 years of experience in Security Operations or Engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, service providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure), and relevant use cases.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise security and IT products, systems, and processes.
• Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in scripting using Python and/or JavaScript.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Adept at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
• Familiarity with attack surface management or CNAPP is advantageous.
