• Join Irth to spearhead SaaS implementations that prioritize operator safety and maintain connections to essential infrastructure within communities.
• The Technical Engagement Manager is accountable for the comprehensive delivery of the software solution implementation process and key client deliverables.
• This role involves collaborating with Irth clients to tailor and deploy software systems.
• You will assess the client's business needs, translate those needs into actionable requirements, showcase the functionality of purchased software systems, and address any queries regarding implementation.
• Responsibilities include configuration, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure that the software solution effectively meets client requirements and adheres to all applicable regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor capable of influencing decision-makers while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team are essential.
• This pivotal role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong independent decision-making capabilities, along with organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Robust technical knowledge and familiarity with software development practices and procedures.
• Ability to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capacity to articulate technical modifications to technical/development teams.
• 3 years of relevant experience, or 5-7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles and implementation delivery.
• Quick learner of new concepts and technologies, translating them into client solutions.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and maintain effective working relationships.
• Capability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
• Willingness to work during US Eastern time every day.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
