
Technical Enablement Program Manager – Field Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and enhance technical enablement initiatives throughout the Field Engineering division.
• Collaborate closely with Graph Academy, product and engineering subject matter experts (SMEs), and go-to-market teams to convert technical material into engaging and scalable enablement programs.
• Take ownership of designing and delivering structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification initiatives that foster practitioner-level technical expertise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technical leadership, ensuring that enablement initiatives align with product development, technical strategy, and field execution.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Maintain a hands-on technical proficiency to review content, challenge assumptions, and engage with SMEs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, or lab demonstrations.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, curriculum development, or similar positions (e.g., solution engineering, developer advocacy, technical sales enablement).
• Proven track record in designing, launching, and refining multi-persona technical enablement programs.
• Strong program and project management abilities — capable of managing multiple, concurrent initiatives.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills (able to convey complex technical concepts in accessible manners).
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills: adept at collaborating with senior leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), authoring/training tools, content repositories, knowledge bases, and platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
• Data-driven approach: comfortable defining and tracking metrics, dashboards, and extracting insights.
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude; strong initiative and accountability.
• Experience in managing certification, accreditation, or assessment programs is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in the field (solutions engineering, presales, professional services, or consulting) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and best practices in technical pedagogy.
