Technical Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting partners in designing, building, and deploying AI Agents

• Facilitating partner onboarding processes and ensuring ongoing technical preparedness

• Conducting technical enablement workshops and sessions

• Providing support to partners in JavaScript development and troubleshooting

• Aiding in the use of APIs and integrations throughout implementation phases

• Offering guidance on webchat embedding and xApps

• Working collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Product teams, and Professional Services

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript coding and debugging

• Experience with APIs and integration processes

• Hands-on experience with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Background in a technical role that involves direct customer interaction

• Capability to communicate technical concepts effectively

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
