This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create structured enablement frameworks for both technical onboarding and continual skills enhancement.
• Develop modular toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice guides specifically designed for technical roles.
• Design and deliver technical training and coaching sessions in both live and virtual formats.
• Take ownership of a technical readiness framework, establishing clear definitions for 'demo-ready' and 'technically proficient' at each level.
• Lead the technical enablement content strategy by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to convert Keepit concepts into clear, actionable learning materials.
• Manage and enhance the Knowledge Management System (KMS) tailored for technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the Product and Design Teams to create and sustain canned demos.
• Transform content, including scripts, product notes, and subject-matter expertise, into well-organized, visually engaging learning experiences such as e-learning modules, interactive guides, and videos.
• Work alongside Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Partner Enablement to ensure alignment of programs with go-to-market priorities.
• Serve as the technical enablement liaison during product launches, ensuring readiness among both internal and external stakeholders.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for technical enablement initiatives, including ramp time, demo readiness, win rate contribution, and time-to-value.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously iterate and enhance enablement programs.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI tools, coaching assistants, knowledge-base AI tools, and content generation to scale enablement efforts.
• Stay informed about emerging tools and integrate best practices into Keepit's enablement strategy.
• Implement enablement best practices and adult-learning principles to consistently improve the quality and effectiveness of programs while promoting a strong enablement culture across the go-to-market organization.
• A minimum of 3 years in a technical enablement, sales enablement, or instructional design role within a SaaS or enterprise software company, demonstrating proven expertise in instructional design and adult-learning principles.
• Knowledge in instructional design (curriculum design, learning-experience design) and proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia).
• Extensive enablement expertise that complements a technically adept team, introducing modern learning methodologies, innovative ideas, and an external perspective on best-in-class enablement practices.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud/SaaS concepts such as data protection, backup/DR, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or equivalents.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure outcomes, and present results to leadership.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI technologies.
• Familiarity with enablement/LMS tools (Nice-to-haves).
• Experience in data protection, backup, cybersecurity, or Microsoft/Google cloud ecosystems (Nice-to-haves).
• Background in developing certification programs and influencing go-to-market leadership (Nice-to-haves).
