This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of technical enablement for SE, CS, and technical audiences throughout the organization, defining the criteria for technical readiness for each position and developing programs to achieve that readiness.
• Create, develop, and deliver technical learning pathways, hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, and supplementary enablement resources.
• Provide technical onboarding that equips new employees with product proficiency and enables them to ramp up swiftly, establishing clear milestones and opportunities for practice and validation throughout the process.
• Conduct live workshops, office hours, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training that enhance product and technical knowledge among teams.
• Manage technical release readiness for new products, features, and product modifications, including readiness initiatives for significant launches such as Email Security.
• Identify proficiency gaps within SE and CS teams and develop programs, coaching, and reinforcement strategies that lead to measurable improvements over time.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and ensure technical training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Convert complex technical ideas into straightforward, practical learning experiences suitable for various audiences and skill levels.
• Utilize AI tools, simulations, and role-play scenarios to enhance practice, coaching, and readiness validation.
• Analyze feedback, assessments, certifications, and participation metrics to evaluate impact and continually enhance technical enablement programs.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, sales engineering enablement, or a related area.
• Strong technical aptitude with an ability to delve deeply into complex products; hands-on experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
• Proven success in creating technical learning materials such as hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, workshops, and onboarding programs, and delivering them live with enthusiasm and credibility.
• Excellent capability to simplify complex technical concepts and convey them in a clear, practical, and engaging manner.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or subject matter experts.
• Proficient in utilizing data (assessments, certifications, engagement, field performance) to identify gaps and demonstrate impact.
• Comfortable using AI tools to develop, scale, and deliver learning experiences.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
