This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement tailored onboarding programs for technical seller roles, such as Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Account Managers.
• Design training sessions, materials, and assessments from the ground up to ensure new technical sellers can ramp up with clarity and confidence.
• Establish and manage a repository of technical enablement resources, including demo guides, frameworks for handling technical objections, competitive positioning materials, practical labs, and reference documents for field use.
• Conduct ongoing enablement initiatives for the technical seller community, which includes regular training sessions, product update briefings, and skill enhancement workshops linked to real-world deal situations.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Solutions team to gain insights into the needs of technical sellers in the marketplace.
• Convert field requirements into actionable programs, valuable content, and repeatable learning experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to develop smarter workflows, expedite content creation, and discover innovative ways to support technical sellers more effectively.
• Maintain a deep curiosity about Coder’s product offerings and the surrounding technical landscape.
• Acquire sufficient product knowledge to establish credibility when interacting with Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, and technical customer teams.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, or a role dedicated to empowering technical seller personas.
• Strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn. While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be comfortable understanding a complex product and transforming that knowledge into effective enablement.
• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver training for technical audiences.
• A practical mindset for making intricate concepts understandable, memorable, and applicable for practitioners.
• Experience utilizing AI in your work, with clear insights on how it can accelerate team performance and where it may fall short.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• The capacity to produce content that is technically credible, ready for the field, and tailored for practitioners.
• Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, less structured environment that requires building from scratch.
• Strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to take charge of your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
