Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Load Triple E files and carry out manual eligibility updates.

• Accurately and swiftly enter and modify eligibility data in the Luminare Health systems, adhering to established protocols and client specifications.

• Deliver exceptional service to employees/members, clients, providers, and colleagues.

• Address inquiries received via telephone, written communication, and electronic means.

• Assist the Eligibility Department with various technical responsibilities.

• Execute Eligibility Analyst tasks as dictated by departmental requirements.

• Collaborate with Client Management personnel and colleagues at all levels to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Eligibility is necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented, and production-driven environment.

• Outstanding data entry abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in working effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and colleagues at various levels.

• Capacity to utilize common-sense understanding to execute oral, written, or diagrammed instructions.

• Adaptability and willingness to embrace ongoing process improvements.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal oversight.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking abilities.

• Competence in resolving problems in diverse situations.

• Ability to learn new or proprietary systems and adjust to different system platforms.

• Proficient use of MS Excel and Word is required.
