Technical Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Markups: Accurately interpret and implement amendments marked in red.

• Plans: Create detailed site and floor plans.

• Engineering: Incorporate external engineering feedback into working drawings.

• Standards: Ensure all documentation complies with Australian building regulations.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the construction team remotely.

• Additional responsibilities / learnings: The client may request extra tasks in Estimating and Project Administration if you have the necessary skills and a willingness to learn.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of drafting experience in Australian residential projects.

• Tech: Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.

• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of local construction techniques and building regulations.

• Traits: Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
