Technical Documentation Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and keep technical documentation for systems and applications current, including user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, and diagrams.

• Assist Development and QA teams in organizing and standardizing documents related to the software development lifecycle.

• Engage in meetings with cross-functional teams to grasp system requirements and functionality.

• Ensure that documentation adheres to best practices concerning usability, accessibility, and technical compliance.

• Conduct textual and structural assessments of documents generated by other departments.

• Organize and manage document versions in internal repositories, such as Confluence and SharePoint.

• Aid in producing content for training sessions and technical presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or a related field.

• Excellent technical writing abilities and effective communication skills.

• Basic understanding of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word).

• Familiarity with software development principles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong attention to detail along with exceptional organizational skills.

• Knowledge of video editing for documentation and training purposes.

• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut.

• Technical Writing certification is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Unimed systems (SGU or Cardio) is a plus.

• Experience in software technical documentation is a plus.
