Technical Designer – Talent Pipeline

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Crafting compelling gameplay, narrative, and mechanical elements to deliver a comprehensive gaming experience.

• Developing engaging experiences that challenge limits and provide innovative gameplay.

• Overseeing the execution of key gameplay elements from inception to completion, employing expertise in general Blueprint scripting, Sequencer, and various UE systems.

• Collaborating closely with design leaders to enhance and refine captivating gameplay experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of game design experience in the industry, with hands-on experience in Unreal Engine 5 in a design or technical design role.

• Proactive and self-driven in recognizing design and technical challenges, willing to seek help when needed.

• Expertise in visual scripting languages, especially UE Blueprints (with no less than 2 years of experience).

• Proven track record of creating functional prototypes.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively share your vision with other team stakeholders.

• Ability to follow design guidelines and proficient in writing design documentation.

• Capability to balance design aspirations within production limitations and meet deadlines.

• Skill in interpreting and incorporating constructive feedback.

• Ability to foresee, pinpoint, and articulate problem areas while developing solutions.

• Experience in a collaborative team environment.

• B2 English proficiency – both conversational and written.

• Bonus Points! Experience in player/design roles with strategy games is advantageous.
