β’ Engaging with customers and/or vendors in a high-touch manner during the onboarding process after an order has been finalized.
β’ Configuring all necessary user and group features essential for a successful activation and cutover.
β’ Collaborating with project management to gather all necessary details to aid in the scheduling of installations.
β’ Delivering test and turn-up support to customers on day one.
β’ Identifying gaps in platforms or products and supplying feedback to product management.
β’ Conducting interoperability testing for new features, including any required User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
β’ Creating, modifying, or updating documentation related to the platform, features, portal, and devices as necessary.
β’ Serving as the primary point of contact for significant customer onboarding projects.
β’ Offering Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for pre-sales discovery and solution development concerning large or complex opportunities identified by leadership.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing advanced managed services.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Relevant certifications such as Voice+, Broadsoft, and Ring Central.
