Technical Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Engaging with customers and/or vendors in a high-touch manner during the onboarding process after an order has been finalized.

• Configuring all necessary user and group features essential for a successful activation and cutover.

• Collaborating with project management to gather all necessary details to aid in the scheduling of installations.

• Delivering test and turn-up support to customers on day one.

• Identifying gaps in platforms or products and supplying feedback to product management.

• Conducting interoperability testing for new features, including any required User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Creating, modifying, or updating documentation related to the platform, features, portal, and devices as necessary.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for significant customer onboarding projects.

• Offering Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for pre-sales discovery and solution development concerning large or complex opportunities identified by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing advanced managed services.

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Relevant certifications such as Voice+, Broadsoft, and Ring Central.
