Technical Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational leader for “Ask Oppy,” an Agentic AIOps Orchestrator.

• Oversee timelines, inter-team dependencies, integration of developed code segments, and delivery milestones utilizing Google Cloud Vertex AI and Model Context Protocol frameworks.

• Supervise and remove obstacles in cross-team infrastructure operations initiatives, including password reset automation and Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and self-healing automation workflows.

• Manage execution timelines for Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) AI projects.

• Align engineering outputs with organizational objectives to enhance system resilience and minimize user disruption.

• Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipeline guardrails and observability standards across multi-cloud settings.

• Define, organize, and carry out comprehensive performance testing and data integrity validation, encompassing Snowflake and ETL pathways.

• Lead the technical implementation and workflows for unified support systems using ITSM, ITIL, and Lean methodologies.

• Develop, integrate, and deploy standardized vulnerability tracking workflows and automated remediation systems.

• Coordinate between engineering, application support, and data teams; manage resource dependencies and competing technical priorities.

• Set up reporting routines for leadership and deliver clear updates to executives.

• Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively eliminate roadblocks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience leading intricate technical projects, product delivery, infrastructure implementations, or software delivery within a global or multi-regional enterprise IT setting.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Cloudwatch.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation.

• Experience in AI/ML deployments.

• Extensive knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

• Background in automated testing.

• Experience with cloud automation frameworks.

• Ability to engage in internal and external meetings through video calls, as required.

• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client offices when necessary.

• Capability to perform the specified physical and computer-related functions, as needed.
