Technical Customer Support Specialist — Insulin Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance for insulin pumps.

• Offer customer support through phone and email channels.

• Handle order processing for insulin pumps.

• Prepare cost estimates for clients.

• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training in a commercial/administrative or nursing/healthcare discipline.

• Initial experience in customer support via telephone.

• A strong passion for communication and engaging with customers.

• Familiarity with medical technology, particularly in diabetes and insulin pumps, is advantageous.

• Proficient in using standard software applications (e.g., Google Workspace).

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.
