This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of enterprise support from start to finish — quickly diagnose intricate issues, communicate effectively, and ensure resolution.
• Deliver exceptional technical support in English.
• Become a subject matter expert on ElevenAgents and understand how our customers utilize it to integrate LLMs, telephony, and other AI solutions.
• Recognize trends across support tickets and bring product deficiencies to the attention of engineering and product teams.
• Create and maintain helpful documentation that is clear, accurate, and regularly updated.
• Serve as a reliable technical partner for enterprise clients throughout their journey with ElevenLabs.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS or rapidly growing tech company, with a focus on B2B or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and/or telephony systems (e.g., Twilio, SIP, WebSockets) — whether through support roles or personal projects.
• Strong comprehension of APIs and how developers implement them; comfortable reading and diagnosing code, particularly in Python or JavaScript.
• A genuine passion for implementing and experimenting with AI solutions — not just providing external support.
• Proven ability to work independently within a fast-paced, international, remote team.
