This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver exceptional support and customer service to our clients.
• Manage customer requests, ensuring prioritization and escalation of tickets as necessary.
• Record and monitor support requests in ConnectWise, providing follow-up to guarantee issue resolution.
• Submit timesheets and expense reports bi-monthly.
• Engage in various call center groups and offer on-site assistance when required.
• Conduct audits of customer data and systems as needed.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience (not mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support is required.
• Fundamental diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Basic proficiency in using and troubleshooting MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Windows 7, 10, and/or Mac OS.
• Basic computer literacy in both hardware and software.
• Ability to be proactive, take direction, and assume ownership of issues until resolution.
