Technical Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance to customers both before and after the sale.

• Carry out equipment installations, testing, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.

• Conduct customer training sessions and create manuals, videos, and documentation in German.

• Collect user feedback and liaise with headquarters to enhance product offerings.

• Aid in establishing local service centers and execute minor equipment repairs.

• Support the Sales Manager during customer visits and product certification activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a German national, with fluency in both German and English.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support or as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) with surveying or construction equipment.

• Possess strong practical skills along with excellent communication capabilities.

• Readiness to travel frequently for field service assignments.

• A valid driver's license is required.
