This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Provide support and guidance to ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community interactions, and meetings.
• Create solutions utilizing ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source technologies.
• Document and share solutions through knowledge bases, documentation, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with global Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management teams to identify the functionalities needed by users and customers.
• Contribute to mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Offer first-line technical customer service and represent ClickHouse in a professional manner.
• Respond to and provide on-call coverage for technical cases, ensuring guidance within the required SLAs through ticketing systems, email, Slack, chat, and phone.
• Foster trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Possess technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or relevant areas such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems.
• Have prior technical experience in roles like Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs for providing high-quality 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to work fully remote with reliable internet connectivity.
• Demonstrated teamwork, global engagement, empathy, and a mindset for solving challenging problems.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and committed to ongoing learning and development.
