This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Provide support and guidance to users, customers, and prospects of ClickHouse and Langfuse through various channels including cases, chat, Slack, community forums, and phone calls.
• Offer high-touch support within the necessary SLAs as part of a global on-call rotation.
• Create solutions utilizing ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source for resources such as documentation, knowledge bases, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with global Support Services, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management teams to identify required functionalities.
• Mentor, train, and disseminate knowledge to colleagues, users, and customers.
• Report bugs to product engineering and ensure customer follow-up after fixes are implemented.
• Address complex technical integration and implementation inquiries directly within customer codebases.
• Foster trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners in the developer ecosystem.
• Practical experience with databases, OLAP, or distributed systems, including ClickHouse, SQL engines, or cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Solid software engineering principles acquired through a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or relevant hands-on project experience.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding code.
• Experience with data pipelines like Kafka or Spark, or with debugging cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, remote-first team focused on SLA coverage, on-call responsibilities, and asynchronous communication.
• Practical experience in building, debugging, or assessing LLM-powered products.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK.
• Familiarity with LLM observability and evaluation tools, prompt workflows, model provider APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, or OpenTelemetry-style tracing.
• Strong written communication skills across various registers.
• Experience with open-source software, particularly technologies like ClickHouse, Langfuse, LLM observability/evaluation tools, AWS/GCP/Azure, or Kafka/Kinesis/Spark/RabbitMQ is advantageous.
