
Technical Customer Success Manager – Workload Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for a designated enterprise customer portfolio.
• Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Effectively implement, promote adoption of, and continually enhance the ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe solutions.
• Conduct regular service evaluations, health assessments, and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
• Identify optimization opportunities, performance enhancements, and potential risks.
• Spot cross-sell and up-sell possibilities.
• Convert customer feedback into specific requirements and insights for Product Management and Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in applying best practices in workload automation, observability, DevOps, and cloud technology.
• Guide customers in broadening use cases, integrations, and enterprise-wide adoption of solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in customer support, customer success management, or a similar role within the enterprise software sector.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
• Knowledge of IT architectures, particularly concerning networks, servers, databases, and cloud computing.
• Awareness of IT security technologies along with common security standards and best practices.
• Technical proficiency in Automic, Control-M, or Airflow, including architecture, agents, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or equivalent platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in German and English at a business level.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, solution-focused approach.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
