This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Central technical and strategic point of contact for a defined customer base in the enterprise environment.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with client stakeholders.
• Successfully implement, utilize, and continuously optimize the solutions ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe.
• Conduct regular service reviews, health checks, and strategic alignments with your clients.
• Early identification of optimization potential, performance improvements, and possible risks.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on customer development and changing requirements.
• Translate customer feedback into concrete requirements and impulses for Product Management and Engineering.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through close collaboration with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales.
• Assist clients in implementing best practices in workload automation, observability, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Support customers in expanding use cases, integrations, and enterprise-wide utilization of the solutions.
• Completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in customer support, customer success management, or a comparable role in the enterprise software environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKS, or AKS.
• Solid understanding of IT architectures, particularly in the areas of networks, servers, databases, and cloud computing.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security technologies as well as common security standards and best practices.
• Ideally, technical expertise in Automic, Control M, or Airflow, including architecture, agents, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
