This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for a designated portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Facilitate effective onboarding, ensure user adoption, and drive ongoing optimization of the ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe solutions.
• Conduct routine service evaluations, health assessments, and strategic discussions with customers.
• Evaluate customer environments to uncover optimization prospects, enhance performance, and identify potential risks.
• Recognize cross-sell and upsell possibilities in alignment with customer growth.
• Convert customer insights into actionable requirements for Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in applying best practices in Workload Automation, Observability, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Multiple years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success Management, or a comparable role within the enterprise software industry.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, or AKS.
• Strong comprehension of IT architectures, particularly in networking, servers, databases, and cloud computing.
• Awareness of IT security technologies along with established security standards and best practices.
• Technical proficiency in Automic, Control-M, or Airflow, covering architecture, agents, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar alternatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities in both German and English.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
