This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor by integrating business insights with technical knowledge.
β’ Convert client requirements into clearly documented processes, workflows, and service actions.
β’ Facilitate data-driven discussions by utilizing platform metrics, reports, and integrations.
β’ Anticipate and address issues while managing expectations with professionalism and clarity.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical execution aligns with client objectives.
β’ Gather feedback, document success stories, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or SaaS support.
β’ Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
β’ Experience in a technology or SaaS company environment.
β’ Previous remote work experience, proficient in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), with experience supporting clients based in the U.S. or UK.
β’ Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations.
β’ Detail-oriented with a well-organized, systems-focused approach.
