Technical Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

đź“‹ Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a large and expanding portfolio of clients.

• Manage the comprehensive customer experience across numerous accounts, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Provide a personalized experience when necessary by functioning as a problem solver—conduct independent analyses and triage before involving internal teams.

• Create and maintain repeatable workflows to enhance self-service entry and facilitate product-led growth.

• Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

• Serve as an externally-facing technical program manager—identify process deficiencies, advocate for solutions, and recognize the need for automation, even without coding skills.

• Represent the customer's voice within the organization to promote adoption and ongoing improvements.

• Push for product and process modifications that minimize friction, automate interactions, and enhance outcomes.

• Confidently navigate product inquiries, escalating as necessary even without extensive domain knowledge.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS or cybersecurity startup.

• Knowledge of application security or developer tools.

• Experience in technical program management or scaled customer success initiatives.

• Capability to conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.

• Experience with automation, support tools, or large-scale outreach.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean.
