This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of our Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, addressing their requests and challenges.
• Providing technical support for balcony solar systems: As a product specialist—particularly for solar modules and inverters—you will be the go-to person for technical inquiries.
• Managing customer communication through the ticketing system: With prior experience in customer support and ticketing platforms, you will handle and prioritize incoming requests efficiently.
• Offering customer service via telephone: Leveraging your expertise and service mindset, you will address customer inquiries over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Streamlining internal processes: Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that requests are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Assisting in the onboarding of new team members: You will help new colleagues receive a thorough onboarding experience in Customer Success.
• Technical affinity: You possess a foundational technical understanding, preferably regarding the functionality of our products, and are eager to enhance your knowledge continuously.
• Customer orientation: You have a minimum of one year of experience as a Junior Customer Success Manager or in a similar role, ideally with a background in customer advisory and/or technical troubleshooting.
• Conscientiousness & reliability: You perform your tasks dependably, independently, swiftly, and meticulously.
• Strong communication skills: You excel in articulation, demonstrate empathy, and can simplify complex issues for better understanding.
• Team player: You thrive in a young, motivated, and efficient team environment.
